July 15, 2006: The UAFD was invited to attend the 1st Annual Schneider Electric Community Family Fun Day. Truck 23 (Salter) and Chief 23 (Kunkel) set up the Truck for display and handed out public relations material to the kids and adults that attended the event.

July 13, 2006: The UAFD was called 1:12 pm to land Life Lion for an industrial accident at 435 Independence Ave (Millwood Inc.) Chef 123 (Salter) and Engine 123 (Kaminski) set up for the landing zone (LZ) and helped with patient care. Life Lion and units cleared at 1:34 pm.
