Wednesday, September 18th 2013 around 8:00am UAFD was called to assist with a Garage Fire in Monaghan Twp. Truck 23 and Engine 223 were on the original dispatch list. Truck 23 responded with 4 and arrived on scene to help extinguish the fire moving into the house. Crews working interior and also exterior with fire ground operations. Engine 223 was awaiting manpower and at the same time Tanker 23 was dispatched. Tanker 23 responded and assisted with (1) load of water before returning available. Engine 223 was replaced by another unit coming from Cumberland. Crews worked on scene for about 2+ hours and reported no injuries.
