On July 5, 2015 the Upper Allen Fire Department was dispatched to the intersection of S. Market Street and Spring Valley Lane for the report of a collision involving a car and a motorcycle. Chief 23 arrived on scene to find 2 vehicle accident with (1) injury. Engine 23 arrived and did not need to use any equipment or do patient care.
