Last evening, Engine, Truck, and Tanker 23 were dispatched for a house fire in neighboring Monaghan Township. Chief 67-2 and Chief 23 went on scene with smoke from the eaves. The crew from the Engine assisted with fire attack while the Truck crew laddered and vented the 2nd floor windows and assisted with overhaul.
Units were on scene for an hour and a half.
Thanks to Truck 36 from Mount Holly and Engine 3-13 from West Shore Fire Department for transferring and covering our township while we were out.
