December 12, Early in the morning (1:36am) UAFD was dispatched for the Truck and Engine to assist with a residential house fire along the 700 block of Siddonsburg Rd in Carroll Township. Truck 23 was on side A of the structure and crews from both units helps with all operations with other mutual aid departments. UAFD worked on scene till around 4:30am as they returned to service.
November 11, 2022 UAFD was called for assistance to report structure fire along the 100 block of Barrens Church Rd. in Washington Twp. York County. Truck 23 and Tanker 23 were requested and help with some minor operations. Units remained on scene for about 2 hrs.
Tomorrow (Sunday) November 13th UAFD will be at Giant Foods and Weis Markets collecting food for our annual food drive as we help Operation Wildcat with Thanksgiving meals. We will be there from 9am till 2pm at each location. Please stop and say “Hi” or help our efforts!
