Tonight 4 members/officers from UAFD attended training “Leading from the Middle” at the South Newton Vol. Fire Dept. The instructor was Michael Horst (Ret. HBG) and was very informative on leadership that we can use at UAFD.
Attending were Chief J. Salter, Deputy Chief T. Shumberger, Lieutenant C.Wilkinson and Sergeant Z. Shumberger .
