December 27, 2006: The UAFD was called to assist the Borough of Mechanicsburg with a house fire at 4:50 am. Engine 223 (Kremer) was given the assignment of providing manpower on the scene of the house fire in the 100 block of W. Green St. The crew from Engine 223 helped with overhaul and some fire ground support. Company 23 returned to service at 6:30 am.
