September 15, 2007: Around 0550 hours the UAFD and Companies 33 and 41 were dispatched for a tour bus fire on the PA Turnpike in the area of MM 234 West bound. Chief 123 went responding and was advised that multiple calls were being received of a well involved bus. Engine 123 and Tanker 23 went responding together and arrived behind Chief 123. Crews stretched a line and began to make an attack on the fully involved bus, while the Tanker supplied the Engine. Engine 233 arrived and stretched a second line and crews were able to control the fire in about 20 minutes. Tanker 41 arrived and supplied Engine 123 before being released by command. Crews remained on scene to overhaul the contents of the bus and returned to service around 0800 hours.
