March 16, 2009: Shortly after 0848 hours Truck 23 was dispatched for a reported building fire in Monaghan Township in the area of Autumn and Summer Drive. Upon leaving the station a column was visible and numerous calls were being received stating that there was a well involved building. Truck 23 arrived as the second piece on scene behind Tanker 67 and found a well involved two car garage. The crew from the truck assisted with fire attack, and protecting the exposure once they arrived on scene. Engine 223 and Tanker 23 were added to the call when command requested additional engines and tankers to the scene. The crew from the engine assisted with overhaul while the tanker supplied Engine 67. All units were available around 10:20.
