House Fire in Monroe Twp.


April 6, 2009: UAFD’s engine was dispatched as part of the first alarm assignment for a house fire in Monroe Township today. Initial crews arrived on scene with heavy fire conditions and began an exterior attack. Upon arrival at the scene, the engine established the primary water supply. Meanwhile, the engine crew assembled equipment and assumed RIT duties. Fortunately, the RIT services were not needed and the fire was brought under control without incident.
