October 22, 2009: Just after 1500 hours the first alarm was dispatched for a house on fire in Monroe Township. Engine 123 responded as units were being advised of multiple calls being received of a working fire. The engine arrived on scene and was assigned the RIT duties. Crews opened all exterior entrances and placed several ground ladders before staging. The engine crew was released from RIT duties and returned to service after standing by for about an hour.
