January 8, 2010 UAFD and Citizens Fire (Mech) responded to the 1300 Block of South York Street for a single vehicle accident. The vehicle was a USPS Mail vehicle that hit a icy patch in the road the driver then lost control of the vehicle and it came to rest on a roadside embankment. The driver reported a minor injury and was treated by West Shore EMS. The FD was on scene for about 15 min.
