January 12, 2010 UAFD was sent to Rt.15 North at Lisburn Rd. for a reported auto accident with injuries. Chief 23 arrived on scene to find a single vehicle accident with a patient out of vehicle. Engine 123 arrived to assist WSEMS and LAEMS with patient care and also with debris removal and secure the vehicle for safety. Engine 123 was on scene for about 25 minutes.
