June 24, 2012 UAFD along with Washies and Citizens Fire & Recuse were called to 815 Williams Grove Rd. for a vehicle accident involving (2) vehicles. Chief 23 arrived to find that as result of the accident there was entrapment in both vehicles. Rescue 27 arrived and started with extrication and Engine 128 arrived to assist and pull a line. Engine 123 arrived and started to work on other vehicle with stabilization and with patient care. Engine 25 was called to LZ for Life Lion which landed but was not used to transport any patients. Crew worked on scene for about 1hr. before going available.
