November, 28 2012 (1801hrs) Upper Allen Fire Dept. was called to the 600 block of Southview Dr. for reported smoke from building/home. Chief 23 was responding OIC and was given information that called said smoke coming out of roof from the chimney area and building was evacuated. Chief 23 arrived on scene wit smoke showing and called for RIT (Co. #33) and for the 1st Engine to lay supply line. Engine 123 & Engine 128 arrived on scene together with Engine 123 laying the supply line. Crews found fire from coal stove with extension into wall. Fire was contained to living room and crews worked on scene for about 1.5 hrs.
