It is with a very heavy heart that the Upper Allen Fire Dept. announces the passing of Member Mark Casper.
Mark has been a member of our fire department family for many years, serving as both active firefighter and active member of fire police. Mark held the position of Fire Police Lieutenant at the time of his passing.
At this time, we extend our deepest sympathy to his wife April and son Adam and the rest of his family.

There will be a time for people to share stories and remembrances during the services.
Burial will take place at Chestnut Hill Cemetery York St and Winding Hill Road, Mechanicsburg following the funeral services.
A Celebration of Life Luncheon will follow all services @ Daybreak Church 321 Gettysburg Pike Mechanicsburg PA in the Acoustic Venue
