February 26, 2013 at 2:15 AM, Upper Allen Fire Department responded to the 1200 block of East Lisburn Road for a single vehicle crash with injuries. Chief 23 & Chief 123 arrived on scene to find debris in roadway and no vehicle. Engine 223 (Engine 123 covering RIT) arrived and noticed a vehicle with damage sitting in drive way. Crew from Engine 223 and Rescue 27 assisted with patient care and clean up from the scene. Crew remained on scene for about 45 minutes.
