November 9th, 2014 at about 6:30 PM, the Upper Allen Fire Department responded to a crash involving an overturned vehicle in the northbound travel lanes of US Route 15 near Grantham Road. Chief 23 arrived with Rescue 64 and advised other units to come South in the North lanes to access the scene. Four of the five occupants of the vehicle were injured and transported by Holy Spirt EMS to Hershey Medical Center for treatment; two of the injured passengers were minors. UAFD were assisted at the scene by Upper Allen PD, Carroll Township PD, Monaghan Twp. Fire Department and Dillsburg Fire Department.
