August 31, 2015 UAFD was called around 6:00pm to the intersection of Lisburn Rd and entrance to Messiah College for a Bicyclist struck by car. Chief 23 arrived to find single male patient that was laying on ground after being struck by car in the intersection. EMS from Dillsburg and Squad 23 arrived a short time later and assisted with patient care. Units remained on scene for about 25 minutes before clearing.
