Last night was the start of rider qualifications for the year! Firefighters must perform tasks to prove their ability to ride the apparatus. Engine company functions were performed which included: pulling various handlines and repacking them, setting up the step gun off the rear, knowledge of the equipment on the rig and timed on donning all their turnout gear in under a minute.
