Upper Allen Volunteers respond to four calls before 1pm, two being working fires.
0835: Truck 23 was dispatched for a Structure Fire in Fairview Township, York County but was placed available shortly after responding due to a false alarm.
1000: Truck and Tanker 23 were dispatched for a working garage fire in Carroll Township, York County. Crews arrived on scene to find a fully involved garage endangering a house. Truck 23 crew secured power in the house, checked the interior for fire extension, and then assisted with overhaul and extinguishment of the garage. Tanker 23 staged near the scene for water supply.
1123: Squad and Tanker 23 were dispatched to America’s Auto Auction for a vehicle fire. Crews arrived on scene to find a fully involved pick up truck fire. A line was stretched and the fire was quickly extinguished and contained.
1204: Utility 23 was dispatched to Upper Allen Township for a medical assist. Utility crews assisted EMS with lifting and packaging the patient for transport.
