At last week’s training, UAFD did some run-in drills with the Engine and Truck Company. Using a smoke machine to hinder visibility, the Engine crew advanced handlines to locate a fake fire, and the Truck split their crew with one crew performing VES (vent enter search) through the second floor window and the second crew searching the rest of the structure.
